It’s officially Madden season, with the release of “Madden NFL 20” just a few weeks away and football fans already in a frenzy.

EA Sports released all of the ratings for this year’s installment of the game, with fans hoping for a rebound from previous versions that left gamers wanting more.

With numerous new features set for this year’s game and an ever-expanding career mode that hopes to rival the stories 2K has been able to put out with their NBA 2K games, this year’s game should be able to please every football fan out there looking for the perfect game for their PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC.

However, some fans are already not pleased with one big element of the game: player ratings. EA Sports released the complete ratings for this year’s game, with some glaring mismatches and some major omissions from the “99 overall club.”

Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald, Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, Bears linebacker Khalil Mack and Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner took home the four 99 overalls in this year’s game, with many questioning the lack of players like Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes or Patriots quarterback Tom Brady from the list.

Meanwhile, Jones, Raiders wideout Antonio Brown and Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly earned themselves 98 overalls in Madden NFL 20, with Packers lineman David Bakhtiari, Rams running back Todd Gurley, Mahomes, Broncos linebacker Von Miller and Texans defensive end J.J. Watt getting 97 overalls.

Brady earned himself a 96 overall alongside guys like Browns receiver Odell Beckham Jr., Eagles defensive lineman Fletcher Cox, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and a litany of other stars from around the league.

Ratings will change throughout the years as players drop off or go on hot streaks, but for now, here’s what gamers will get when they fire up Madden NFL 20 in a few weeks.
