Tom Brady posts hilarious reaction to ‘Madden NFL 20’ speed rating

It’s no secret that Tom Brady has been working on his speed as he continues to evolve at 41 years old, but it doesn’t look like the developers at EA Sports took notice when they were putting together the Patriots quarterback’s rating for Madden NFL 20.

Brady earned a 96 overall rating for this year’s installment of the classic franchise, leaving some to wonder how he and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes were omitted from the notorious 99 overall club that Brady has been a part of in the past.

However, Mahomes, this year’s Madden cover star, likely has no complaints when it comes to the game emphasizing his impressive speed on the field. Brady, a former Madden cover star in his own right, begs to differ.

The Patriots legend posted a video on Twitter showcasing “new evidence to be considered for my @MaddenNFL speed rating,” adding that “you can’t photoshop a video” that showcases the G.O.A.T.’s impressive speed.

It’s safe to say Madden won’t be upping Brady’s 40-yard dash time to .63722 seconds to improve on his 60 speed rating in the game, but it’s worth a shot for one of the league’s best players.
